Do you want to lose weight? End Yo-Yo Dieting? Stick to a fitness routine? Find motivation and be in control of your health for good?

Here is how to make a healthy lifestyle change that lasts!

Do you really want to be healthy? Do you really want to lose that weight?

I want to share with you the very first step to getting healthy and the very first step is to ask yourself a question.

Before you ask yourself this question, you also have to ask, am I going to be honest in answering this? Am I going to tell you the truth?

This is the question that will tell whether or not you’re going to succeed at weight loss or you’re going to succeed at being a healthy lifestyle.

Are you ready for the question?

The question is this, “Do you truly desire change?”

Are you so much caught up in the way you’ve been doing things that you just really don’t want to make a change?

You just want to complain about it.

So for those of you who say, yes, I’m ready for change, then this is for you.

This is the help you prepare to get healthy and prepare to lose weight if that’s your objective.

The first step is do you desire change? What I want you to do is to get your notebook.

Get a notebook that you can designate for this series of informational videos.

On the very first page, I want you to write,  “I desire to change” at the top of the page.

Under that, I want you to write down what would it feel like to have the change in your health. Would it be more energy to play with your kids, your grandkids? Would it just be amazing to be able to go hiking or to have the stamina to ride your bike? Or to go water skiing, no matter what age you are.

I love it when 60 and 70 year olds are waterskiing. Isn’t that amazing?

Back to the question, do you truly desire change in your health and with weight loss?

If so, I want you to take your notebook. Write down what would it feel like: More energy. My clothes feel better, more confident…

And secondly, I want you to write down why it matters to you, not your spouse, not your friends, not your kids because those are not long-term changes that stick. This is going to be about change that sticks.
